I suggest that you create a widget for email stationary that automatically generates the date.

An automated date widget for email stationary would allow users to put that field in the stationary rather than the email message itself. If this already exists, you should make it easier to find.

    Hi I believe this already exists and the S Tag is S9. Support might be able to point you in the right direction.
