We need a new report that will allow for similar functionality to the ""print notes"" option but function across multiple teams so that someone that manages an event or across teams can ""get up to speed"" quickly.
Acceptance Criteria:
Need at least the information that is displayed for the ""print notes"" option for a single team
Need to filter by date range
Need to filter by event
Need to filter by security category
Need to filter by author
