Update the Javascript used by pagebuilder
On some pages of our site YUI js library is load (against my will) and apparently we can't have it removed. It throws console errors that it is loading an old version of jQuery. I also found out that there are sections of LO that use MooTools, Prototype, and other library's. Pick a JS library (preferably one that is still in use by other developers, and stick with it). Also, if there are scripts or anything else that is injected into my page without my control it needs documentation as to why it needs to exist.
