Increase the character limit for Honor Gift Message Body

Donors generally want to add heartfelt messages when making a donation in memory of a loved one. The current 255 character (including spaces) limit is too restrictive and we often receive donor complaints about this issue. We also find that some donors cannot figure out why they are not able to complete their transaction (when the message has exceeded the character count).
