Add the option for event managers to receive emails when donations are made

Add an option for the "event manager" to choose whether or not to receive an email every time a donation is made to their event.  For events that record daily donations for  participants, this is helpful!

    Would an event manager want to see every donation or a roll-up of all donations that happened that day?
