Ability to assign removed constituents to a group in mass so that they can be reinstated
There is currently no way of touching removed records using uploads and so they can't be assigned to a reactivation group in mass. This limits our options between manual assignment and a Query. Neither of these options are ideal as it can be very time consuming.
