As The Raiser's Edge/Luminate Online Integration module continues to allow for new features, one that's sorely missing for any organization that uses the former as a database of record is the ability to sync interactions, especially Action Alert Responses, between the two. Otherwise, groups are forced to handle this action manually, which can lead to challenges should human error come into the equation, degrading the quality of your data. The action section of RE feels like it'd be set up well to accomodate most-to-all of the features in an interaction, with some customization needed on the user end to filter by category and interaction type.
