Anchors dropdown menu does not exist in Event Management Center WYSIWYG

When editing a TeamRaiser page in the EMC, you are capable of creating the Anchor placeholder on a page, but when trying to create the hyperlink, there isn't a way to select your anchor from the dropdown menu like you can on the admin side. Instead, the entire URL must be entered as the hyperlink, including the Anchor name. This request is to include the anchors dropdown menu when inserting links.
