The vote center is an incredibly useful advocacy tool. In order to use it more, it would be very useful to be able to create a template with best practices and sample language for our users to copy. In addition, it would be useful to be able to create a vote center form and insert language before we get the actual vote rundown. Right now, you can only start the process after the vote is on the website.
