Add CCs to Action Alerts

Often, we want to CC (carbon copy) targets for Action Alerts. But currently there's no clear way to do that -- without inserting some text at the bottom of the alert body, the CC'd targets have no idea that they're actually not the real "target" of an action.

This can be challenging for our relations with elected officials or other policymakers.

We also very much want this feature.

Mike, I've found a workaround IF both your main target and your CC target are not dynamic (i.e. a single governor, an agency head, etc.). The workaround does not work if either target is dynamic; i.e. "your member of Congress." Essentially, you add both main and CC targets as targets. When configuring your sample message, use the closing statement to add the CC line (cc: Governor Jay Inslee). Then, when you are configuring the action page, in the salutation line, put the name of the main target (i.e. Washington Department of Ecology). When Governor Inslee received the letter, the salutation will say "Dear Washington Department of Ecology" and cc: Governor Jay Inslee will appear above the closing.

Obviously, this is imperfect, but it inelegantly gets the job done in certain circumstances.
