Make it easier to see what security category is being used in a survey

When we set up surveys we set the questions so that specific groups (security categories) can see the question. This allows us to hide questions from some users. In order to check to make sure the survey is set up properly, you have to actually click the question to see the security category setting. It would be very helpful to see the security category setting in the overview display for each survey. It has been an issue when we've set up the survey incorrectly and it makes this difficult to check.
