Some things I'd like:
* structured messages (RSS, JSON, etc) for outages and issues, with various status updates
This ideas portal is just for Luminate Product ideas and our status page is updated through a separate content system run by Support. I've forwarded your request to our Support management to review and see if it's possible for the current product but I'm also going to keep this idea open to continue to gain feedback for our next gen in case we want to productize this for that version of LO.
