Allow Event Managers in TeamRaiser to bypass required registration fields

Ideally, for our Event Managers in TeamRaiser, when they are entering registrations through the Event Management Center, we would like to be able to give them permission to skip required registration questions, just as a site admin can do in the admin interface. We are using the EMC for our walk-up onsite registrations on the day of events, and there's some questions we ask that are appropriate when asking the person digitally, and others that would be awkward to ask in person. If we could always allow EMs to bypass required questions, or have a specific EM Permission for allowing them to bypass required questions, this would be a great help.
