Allow users to form a team from within the participant center, after having registered as an individual
For our event, as an example, our registrant population tends not to be technologically inclined. Additionally, previous event platforms we haveused in the past have historically had you register as an individual first, and then create a team. Thusly, we worry that, our of habit, our registrants will go to the "register as an individual" first, looking to creat a team from there.
