Add more fields to LO gift notification emails received by administrators

The gift notification emails would be more helpful to admins, accountants, MGOs, etc if they included more gift fields, such as fund, donor comments, custom field inputs, etc. Even better, it'd be nice to select which fields are included in notification emails.
