A big part of our event is the money we receive from our corporate sponsorships. Currently the amount is not included in the fundraising total. In order to include this money in our totals, after I add them in as a sponsor, I then have to create a "fake" sponsorship donor record (individual of course because you still can't create an organization record) and add the amount the sponsor contributed. Then when it comes down in the connector, I deleted it because it has already been accounted for in our primary database.

This work will be worked on as part of our implementation of the new Organization as an entity work which will be in the next 2 Luminate Online major releases. The specific issue you highlight here is currently slated for the Q1 2016 release but is subject to change.
