Add a couple more features to the Query Tool

Hello,  just thought of these ideas while using the query tool today:

Within Query Builder:

-In the Transaction Information Field Type, add an option to query by Donation Form. 

-In the Interaction Clause- it's is great that we can query based on a specific interaction, but an Date field would be additionally helpful.

 

Query List:

-Add a Date Column

-Add a "Created by" Column

-Ability to sort by in all columns
