When in the Register Additional person flow during TR registration, add a button to allow the user to exit the additional person regflow and return to the Registration Summary page/step. If a user decides they do not want to register an additional person, the only way to "exit" the additional person regflow is to either use the browser back button or exit the flow entirely and then restart their registration.
