When creating a new TeamRaiser design, default team and personal page photos must adhere to a predefined templated size (300x400, for example). If you wish to change this size, you must pay Blackbaud Professional Services to update the template in the back-end.

Additionally, TeamRaiser Tell-A-Friend (Participant Center) emails contain templated language automatically attached to the bottom of every email sent, including things like a link to the personal page of the participant who sent the message. That language cannot be edited directly either and must be updated by Blackbaud Professional Services.

Administrators should be able to update these (and other) templates associated with their TeamRaiser events without additional cost.
