Make the participant's email the email reply when soliciting donation to their own page.

Fundraising 101 - Making it personal.  Why would this platform use the admin default's email for participants sending out solicitation emails?  Under today's security measures, we are all taught not to open email for people you do not know.  Solicitation emails should come from the participant's email address period.  I no longer recommend our participants use the built in email tool, rather copy and paste the solicitation message and use their personal email to get donations.  It is a very unfortunate problem with this platform.

Thank you for your feedback. Emails sent through Luminate Online are both DKIM and DMARC compliant. In 2014, Yahoo!, AOL and few other email providers made a change in their DMARC policies which resulted in all email messages originating from other vendors that utilized their domain (@yahoo.com, @aol.com, etc.) email address in the "from" field to not be delivered (See documentation from Yahoo! here). To ensure continued delivery of email messages, Luminate Online made updates to the way the “from” field was populated - to reference the organization’s email address vs. the participants. We also realize the perception that these emails are not “legitimate”. With that in mind, we have plans to make further changes in upcoming releases to include the participants name and email address in the “from” label while leaving the “from” email address as that of the organization.
