At our museum several different departments use Convio and its various functions. For example, our education department utilizes the Events feature most often, but while I am the lead admin for Convio, I don't use Events and am focused on the email portion. When issues arise, I must handle cases for other departments which I may or may not understand fully and often become a go-between which is a highly inefficient use of my time especially when multiple cases are open. I would be great if others could just handle their own cases instead of having the restriction of 3 admins with this capability. Thank you for your consideration.
