Allow any staff member to open a case

At our museum several different departments use Convio and its various functions.  For example, our education department utilizes the Events feature most often, but while I am the lead admin for Convio, I don't use Events and am focused on the email portion.  When issues arise, I must handle cases for other departments which I may or may not understand fully and often become a go-between which is a highly inefficient use of my time especially when multiple cases are open.  I would be great if others could just handle their own cases instead of having the restriction of 3 admins with this capability.     Hi Kathleen,

    I wanted to let you know I had to mark this Idea as 'Will not implement" because we only use this portal for product improvements however I've passed along your suggestion to our Support management team and also your CSM to see if there is anything he can do to help you with the problem you described.
