lock first and last name fields/also any mandatory questions when a returning user registers

when a returning user registers/logsin to sign up for a current event it is important they do not edit their name! People are often changing their records to turn their child or spouse into a team captain and inadvertently appending their constituent record without knowing it. This makes giving history, particpant history and also connection to mission very hard to untangle and keep up with. This also applies with our mission connection question that may categorize someone as the patient or mother, sibling etc and makes the scenerio even more complex.
