Have automatic merging tool select the oldest record as Master

We run analytics on new supporters in LO. However LO makes a lot of duplicates and will merge them, but we often find the new record is made the Master and therefore the creation date is not the actual date the supporter began engaging with us online. This is making our analysis of new supporters very difficult

We use Source Code and Subsource Code as well, but it is confusing when our Subsource Code is for a specific campaign in 2021, but their creation date shows as July 2023.
