List of which version (FR or EN) of a message a constituent has received

Right now, in the admin, in a constituent record, we can see a list of email message that a constituent has received. As a bilingual account admin, it would be great to know what version (FR or EN in our case) of the message the constituent has received for each message sent. Having this feature would help to investigate when a language issue comes out.
