Select Custom Date Range when the date range is changed

Under Reports Classic reports, automatically select "Custom Date Range" radio button, when the dates are chosen or changed. One less click, and prevents frustration when the user forgets to click on that button. For example for the Fundraising Dashboard report which is a nice quick report to run.
