KB67153 describes how the AVS Decode Value field is populated for PayPal Payflow Pro transactions. This field gives us details on why an AVS check has failed, e.g., all data is wrong or missing, or the street number is correct but the ZIP/postal code isn't.

For BBMS transactions, the AVS Decode Value is always "true".

It would be appreciated if we could have similar details available in the AVS Decode Value field for BBMS transactions, that way when a donor asks us why their credit card was declined, we can give them the exact reason.
