One of our donation forms has the option to add "Gift Notes" where they can leave a note to someone they are make a donation in honor of or they can simple let us know that they would like their donation to be designated to something that isn't one of the options we already give them. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that the "Gift Notes" show on any of the donation reports.
