TeamRaiser upsell should be English and French (currently just English)

Currently when you add an upsell to a TeamRaiser, you can add it in English only. We are bilinugal and need to also offer it in French. Therefore we cannot use the upsells at all.

    I've used it bilingually, but only in a way that we put the content in both. It's messy and not ideal. Example:
    Souper / Dinner : $23.00Souhaitez-vous acheter le buffet du soir, 23$ /par personne ? Would you like to purchase the evening buffet, $23/ per person?More InfoOui / Yes
