Make the designee originally selected for a sustaining gift visible to the donor in the Service Center.

Some of our donors have multiple sustaining gifts open, usually for different designees. When they view the Service Center, the list of sustaining gifts shows the amount, but not the designee associated with the gift. Donors want to have confidence that their gifts are funding the priorities they prefer, so showing the designee information in the Service Center would be helpful. Even if there is only one open sustaining gift for a donor, if it has been open for a long time (recurring several years), they may have forgotten what designee they had originally selected, or want to confirm periodically that their donation is directed to the correct area.
