allow to change birthday default value to blank instead of the day of transaction.

We ask for a constituents birthday when they donate so we can send them a message for their birthday. However, many don't enter that information. If a birthdate isn't entered, the value defaults to the day of transaction, and we have to manually delete those as they are entered.
