Add functionality within BB Checkout for Apple Pay to accept recurring gifts
In LO, if a gift level within a donation from is set to a recurring value, if a user tries to donate via Apple Pay they receive an error, because Apple Pay does not accept recurring gifts.
For this reason it does not make sense to use Apple Pay with any recurring forms, since recurring gifts can only be processed via credit card, and it is confusing to users that might assume Apple Pay does support sustaining gifts.
