give Canadian Clients the option to format the Zip Code field to a proper postal code standard

When you have strict mode enabled for your transaction processing, if someone does not enter their postal code with proper formatting, the transaction can reject simply because of a missing space. The option to format this field as a site option, or even just an option within each donation form, would help this situation tremendously.
