provide option for administrators to be able to test ticketed events without actually having to buy a ticket.

Currently, if I want to test a ticketed event, I have to purchase a ticket using my personal credit card. Multiple tests can result in multiple CC charges. If Teamraisers and donation forms can be tested with using bogus credit card information provided by Blackbaud, why can't ticketed events be set up to do this?
