Cannot create Google Ads for TeamRaiser and other convio.net webpages

Because the secure2.convio.net site is not the same as our organization's domain, Google Ads rejects all advertisements directing to these pages (even if we create a redirect from our domain site). Therefore, there is no way to run ads for TeamRaiser events that link directly to the registration page, or any other page on the TeamRaiser site.
