In the Service Center, revise the example date format so it corresponds to the required format

One of our donors received an error updating his information because the example format shown is MM-DD-YYYY but the system requires MM/DD/YYYY

This could be fixed by editing the display text to reflect the the valid date format (with slash characters) that WILL be accepted. Either that or change the date field so that it will accept a date entry with alternate delimiters (dashes), or NO delimiters (MMDDYYYY).
