After chatting with support, it seems a bit baffling that there is no way for this to be accomplished. Using a Text box question to answer this seems like a data nightmare. Organizations need to be able to track this info for nametags, attendance, meal preferences, etc. Unfortunately, Luminate Events is out of the question for our organization until this is resolved of there is some sort of work around that allows us to capture this information.

Agree! The work around seems like a very manual process and to have an event module that doesn't have this built in seems very unreasonable. I can't imagine that it is expected that everyone register themselves individually and not register say..themselves and a spouse at the same time. Is this something the development team is working on?
