We receive verbal unsubscribes. I uploaded a .csv to update the constituents' "Accept Email" status. When I imported the list, it updated every contact's profile however, it added those who aren't currently in our system as new contacts. It would be great to have an additional option that will update the existing contacts and not import new contacts. Now I must look up each to ensure they're in LO before importing the list. It's inconvenient for data quality purposes and also because the verbal unsubscribe list can be large.
