You accept Organization gifts and registrations
I think Blackbaud needs to prioritize Luminate accepting Organizational gifts and registrations. If we are able to set them up in RE, then why do these other services not allow the data to sync properly. Inability to do so is a logistical nightmare for our database.
The solution to "manually enter" gifts and registrations does not seem like a solution to me. This is a tem fix and creates a lot of work for myself and my staff, which is too bad. The whole reason that we purchased Luminate was so we did not have to do manual gift entries.
Thanks for continuing to come up with a better solution to this problem. I hope you prioritize it.

I can't believe that Luminate Online is unable to handle organization gifts. We're talking about a very basic feature here.
NetCommunity wasn't perfect in regards to organization records, but at least an organization could donate. And the constituent, contact and gift records could then be processed via the plugin.
