When a change is made on a participant registraion i.e. becomes team captain, changes registration type, and automated email should be sent to the participant.

I get lots of requests to change someone from a walker to a runner, to become new team captain or add co-captain. It would be nice if they received an automated email confirming this change instead of me wasting my time having to email them and let them know I made the change. Most of us don't have the time to do this when it gets really busy.
