Allow USERS to edit/delete Calendar Event Category and Calendar Event Affiliate Tag

We would like to restructure how our organization is using these two fields, because we are a large healthcare organization that is constantly growing and bringing in new hospitals, and we need to be smarter about our naming conventions and filterable fields. The Support rep told me that users cannot delete/edit the options available in these drop-downs, that it's not a backend/admin option, that it would need to be a billable service by someone in BB Professional Services. Unacceptable. Please correct this.
