Refer to this TeamRaiser Screen Name registration error:
"Error: The Screen Name you entered includes both your first name and last name, which is not allowed because it reveals your identity. Please supply a different Screen Name."

We are using TeamRaiser Screen Name as an alternative for participant search and title display. Example Screen Name "Celebration of Jane Smith Birthday" for page created by Jane Smith for her birthday fundraising. Because of the Privacy restriction, we can not include "Jane Smith" full name in the Screen Name and when a donor search for "Jane" there could be multiple Jane pages. 

Please add the Site Option to disable the Screen Name Privacy restriction so we have the option to turn it off if Privacy is not an issue so we can then use both First and Last name in Screen Name.
