Make the "gender" option in TeamRaiser participant registration information more inclusive
When editing a participation type for a TeamRaiser, under Step c. Select Registration Info, there is the option to include a question asking someone's gender. However, this results in registrants having only two options for gender -- male or female. This leaves out people who do not identify as either male or female. I propose that you change this to be a blank field that registrants can write in their gender, themselves rather than provide pre-existing options. I would suggest this rather than just adding an "other" field in addition to male and female, because that is very other-ing and implies to someone who does not identify as either male or female that they are the "other." The best option would be to have people define their gender how they would like to.

Hi Anna, agreed we should productize this and we have started doing that in other products but haven't done that in Luminate yet. I believe you should be able to customize this with either support case or a small services engagement to be a list of whatever you want (though not sure if it can be open ended). If you are interested I would contact your CSM to see if they can help figure that out for you until this is productized.
