enable personalization that draws from RE (or other) salutations for email

We communicate with our donors and prospects as units (couples), including both spouses'/partners' names. With personalization option limited only to first name, last name, or first and last, we miss one (important) half of a donor unit. Additionally, we address our donors/prospects in different ways -- some by a title and last name, others by a first name, some by a nickname. In RE, these are stored in "salutations." The salutation option does not seem to be available in LO.
