Add prefix and suffix into search and display options in TeamRaiser

We have several folks who have the same name but are separated by "Jr". or "Sr." or even on occasion a "Dr." Since only first and last name show up in search and display options on team rosters and personal pages, and since the name is too close to the constituent record name to use a "screen name", this is causing lots of confusion on which record is the correct intended recipient of the donor's gift.
