SSO using social logins via REST API for TR events

When a participant uses social sign in to create their account for a TR event, they do not have a traditional user/pass for LO. We have several web applications that allow participants to login and fundraise from their mobile device. SSO does not currently support signing in via a social login through the REST API, so our participants that signed up using social login can not use our app.
