Slow down the scrolling feature or at least allow spacing at the top of a scrolling list
If you visit the following link and look to the left you will see that either it scrolls too fast and you can't read the first name OR if you can have the list start on line 10 (towards the bottom of the text box) and scroll up towards the top, currently the scrolling feature cuts off the top name and information.

I hate the scroll. It's very old fashioned to have random motion on a webpage. The same website mentioned in the post has a better feature on their dashboard: http://gabr.sanfordhealth.org/siouxfalls/Dashboard
It's a static list of Top 10 fundraisers with a "Next top 10 fundraisers" link and a "back" link at the bottom of the widget. Much more accessible and less annoying.
