Merge teams in TeamRaiser

We have teams that were created previous years and when then start a new team, they forget to bring back their old team or want to change the name so they create a new team.  then they realize they had a team from last year and want the information from last years team but can't get it.  Plus we have all these duplicate team names that should be merged.

    At the very least, it would be useful for a written procedure/process to manually merge teams.

    We have a lot of teams that get confused and start a new team every year or within the same year instead of just using last year's team.
