Allow one RE fund to appear on the same or multiple forms - with different user facing titles.

I am currently working on a direct mail piece where the donor has the choice to pick between

Unrestricted
Cardiac Equipment A
Cardiac Equipment B

However, when creating the designated giving fields was not so straight forward. Because you can only have one "user facing title" per RE fund it did not allow me to pick Cardiac Equipment twice. I had to choose a different cardiac fund (that is not being used on another donation form) and now the gift processing team needs to watch out for it when it comes through RELO as they will need to re-code it.

LO should have the functionality that allows to RE Funds to be used within the same donation form with different titles, and the ability to pre-populate the reference line.

This also becomes a problem if I have another donation form for Cardiac equipment as I created a special name specifically for this donation form that will not apply to others.
