Make the Credit Card Updater Recapture Report show individual Constituent IDs.

If we can see constituent level detail in the CCU Recapture Report, then we can calculate loss prevention accurately. Currently, the report only shows an aggregate dollar amount that we recaptured but those donors can be monthly, quarterly, or annual so we cannot just multiply the aggregate number x 12 to get the total saved revenue for the year.
