Allow HTML in Team Raiser Personal Pages

Allow HTML to be entered into the body content area of Team Raiser Personal Pages. Would be great to at least allow for images and videos in this content space. As of right now, the only place you can put a video or image is within the uploader, limiting the potential for page customization.
